1Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the afb77 platform is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Your acceptance is deemed to occur at the earliest of: (a) clicking any "I Accept" or equivalent acknowledgement button during account registration; (b) completing the registration process and creating an afb77 account; or (c) accessing any part of the afb77 platform, including browsing the website without registering.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of afb77 regardless of whether they have created a registered account. All visitors to the platform are subject to the provisions of this Agreement that are applicable to non-registered users, including but not limited to intellectual property protections and prohibited conduct provisions.

afb77 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance of those revised terms. We recommend that users review this Agreement periodically. The effective date displayed at the top of this document indicates when the most recent version came into force.

2Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Registration and use of afb77 is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an account, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. afb77 takes age verification seriously and may request supporting documentation at any stage to verify a user's age. Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all associated funds will be withheld pending investigation.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The afb77 platform is operated with a primary focus on the Bangladesh market. Users are responsible for determining whether accessing online betting platforms is lawful in their jurisdiction. afb77 does not represent or warrant that its services are legally available in all locations. Users who access afb77 from jurisdictions where such activity may be restricted do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To create an afb77 account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information as requested during the registration process. You agree to keep your registration information up to date at all times. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• Each individual person may hold only one registered account on afb77. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You must provide a valid and functioning email address that you own and have access to.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.
• You must not use a VPN, proxy service or similar technology to misrepresent your geographic location during registration or use of the platform.
• Corporate entities, organisations and automated systems may not register for or use player accounts on afb77.

2.4 Identity Verification

afb77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by afb77 may result in account suspension or permanent closure and the withholding of any funds pending verification.

3Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. afb77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You must notify afb77 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or if your credentials have been compromised.

afb77 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account prior to afb77 being notified of a security breach will be treated as having been authorised by you.

3.2 Account Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers and winnings on afb77 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). afb77 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any deposits made via international payment channels will be converted to BDT at the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more. afb77 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of up to ৳200 per calendar month to dormant accounts after this period. afb77 will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder before applying any inactivity charges. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for twenty-four (24) consecutive months may be permanently closed at afb77's discretion.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

afb77 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer and BRAC Bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and afb77 reserves the right to add or remove payment channels at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount on afb77 is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction, per day or per week depending on the payment method used and the account's current verification status. Withdrawal limits may similarly apply and will be displayed within the cashier section of your account dashboard. afb77 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are typically credited to your afb77 account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the respective payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take between one (1) and three (3) business days. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: typically within 1–24 hours of approval.
• Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank transfers: 1–3 business days from approval.
• Additional processing time may apply where account verification is outstanding.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

afb77 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. afb77 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds deposited to the platform. Any suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or structuring of transactions will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

5Betting Rules

5.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on afb77 are final once confirmed by the system. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all bet details — including selection, stake amount and market — prior to confirming the wager. afb77 will not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been confirmed, except in circumstances where afb77 determines at its sole discretion that an obvious technical error has occurred.

5.2 Void Bets

afb77 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances: manifest technical errors resulting in incorrect odds being displayed; events being cancelled, postponed or abandoned without a result being determined within the timeframe specified by afb77's rules; evidence of match-fixing, corruption or irregular betting patterns; or any other circumstance in which afb77, at its sole discretion, determines that voiding the bet is necessary to maintain the integrity of the platform.

5.3 Cricket Betting Rules

Cricket betting markets on afb77 cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC ODI series, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures and other international tournaments. For match-result markets, a minimum of the number of overs specified in the individual market rules must be completed for the bet to stand. In-play cricket bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant cricket governing body. Live odds are subject to suspension during breaks in play, wickets, reviews and other events at afb77's discretion.

5.4 Casino & Slot Games

All casino games and slot titles available on afb77 are supplied by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi and Spribe. • Exploiting any errors, glitches, bugs or technical malfunctions in the platform's software or odds-compilation systems.
• Engaging in match-fixing, corrupt wagering or any form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on afb77.
• Using a VPN, proxy or similar technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location or identity.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of deposits or any other financial activity that violates applicable law.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing afb77 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the afb77 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of afb77 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on afb77 is the exclusive property of afb77.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and make personal, non-commercial use of the afb77 platform. This licence does not include the right to: download or copy account information for the benefit of third parties; reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the platform; or use data-mining, robots, scraping or similar data-gathering tools on the platform.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, afb77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage or system failure.

afb77's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your afb77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

afb77 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures and events beyond afb77's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. afb77 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a direct result of such interruptions.

11Privacy & Data

afb77 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you also agree to the terms of afb77's Privacy Policy. Key data principles applicable to all afb77 accounts include:

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention and customer support.
• afb77 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the afb77 platform.
• afb77 will not sell, rent or share your personal data with unauthorised third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and fraud-prevention services where necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable obligations.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data subject to afb77's legal obligations to retain certain records.

12Termination

12.1 Termination by afb77

afb77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where afb77 reasonably believes that: the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; the account has been used for fraudulent, deceptive or illegal activity; continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other users; or where required to do so by applicable law or a competent authority.

Where an account is closed by afb77 due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at afb77's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, the balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12.2 Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your afb77 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance from your account. Any active bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, we strongly encourage you to utilise the self-exclusion feature rather than simple account closure, as self-exclusion provides an additional safeguard against re-registration.

13Amendments

afb77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, afb77 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via email notification or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date on which the most recent version came into force.

Your continued use of the afb77 platform following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.2 above.
